1. General terms

1.1. Before reserving  a transfer, you must read and accept the booking  terms and conditions. So if you have any difficulties while  booking   or you have any questions, you can always speak to our operator.

1.2. A transfer is the transportation of one or more passengers from one location to another.

1.3. The transfer can be booked one-way or round-trip.

1.4. The customer  can select the class of the car based on his/her preferences: Economy, Executive (a Mercedes E Class or a similar car) for 1-4 passengers, Premium (a Mercedes S class or a similar car) or Minivan (a Mercedes Viano or a similar car) for 5-8 passengers, bus for 9-50 passengers. The type of  vehicle will be chosen by company NCC.LUX depending on its availability within the preselected class/category at that point in time, unless it is agreed otherwise.

2. Booking online

2.1. The person who wants to place an order must be over 18 years old

2.2. The reservation is carried out online on the website. Customer must fill in  all required fields on the reservation form, and then confirm the order.

2.3. The customer, who provides his/her data,  is responsible for its  reliability. The company NCC.LUX does not take any responsibility for incorrectly entered or false provided information.

2.4. To complete the booking,  the invoice of  NCC.LUX  must  be paid.

2.5. After payment acceptance you will receive an official confirmation letter by e-mail with all the necessary information. The customer should provide this confirmation to the driver before boarding the car, together with documents proving his/her identity (passport, driving license).

2.6. You must check and ensure that all information you provided is correct and complete. In case of transfer failure due to incorrect data in the voucher (e.g., contact information, pickup local time and place), no money will be refunded to the client. Thus, in case of finding errors, we recommend  you to  contact immediately our operator for its correction.

3. General conditions of transportation for passengers

3.1. If the passenger has assumed alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances, the service won’t be provided and the amount paid won’t be refunded.

3.2. If the passenger’s behavior threatens the safety of the driver, other passengers or road users, he/she will be asked to leave from the car, and the local police department will be notified about this violation.

3.3. Smoking, eating food and drinking alcoholic beverages or using drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The exception to this rule is water and non-alcoholic drinks in bottles. All the rest must be approved by the driver or representative of NCC.LUX.

3.4. Customers should not leave any garbage in the car.

3.5. Any damage, external or internal to the vehicle, which might be caused by the passenger, should be paid in full at the time of the incident.

3.6. Children under 12 years old should have children seats. The client should inform about the presence of children and their number at the moment of order.

4. General conditions of transport of baggage

4.1. Each passenger is obliged to inform in advance about the number and type of his/her  baggage so  NCC.LUX could select the best car for the transfer.

4.2. If the passenger has more than the indicated quantity of pieces of baggage, extra baggage will be accepted only if there is free space. The NCC.LUX company reserves the right to charge a fee for excess baggage , or not to transport excess baggage if there is no space.

4.3. The company NCC.LUX is not responsible for loss or damage of the baggage. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their baggage is properly loaded / unloaded throughout the way.

5. Outsourcing

5.1. NCC.LUX company has the right to delegate another licensed transportation company for transfer organization.

5.2. If you are travelling with a partner of NCC.LUX company , the terms and conditions remain the same as well as the rules of the client’s behavior in the car .

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. In case in the orders are cancelled 10 days before the departure date, the reimbursement will be in full except  a 20 € admin fee for returning the bank transaction.

6.2. If the customer cancels a confirmed reservation in less than 10 days before the departure date,   a 30% cancellation fee on the total amount due will be applied.

6.3. If a confirmed booking for any reason is cancelled by the NCC.LUX company , the customer will be offered a full refund of the amount paid or an alternative travel option. Return and compensation cannnot exceed the initial costs incurred by the client when booking.

6.4. NCC.LUX company shall not be liable for any loss of funds related to foreign exchange rates.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. The priority of the NCC.LUX company is to preserve correctly client’s data. The NCC.LUX company does its best to protect personal information. Name, address and telephone number specified by the client on site during the booking will be used only to process the orders. This data is available only for authorized personnel of the NCC.LUX company. All our employees and business partners are responsible for correct use of data and its privacy protection.
